The finca is located in the mountains above the south coast of Tenerife, on a hillside plot with unobstructed views of the ocean and the nearby islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma. In this neighbourhood the original charm of Tenerife has been preserved: high-end villas and spacious fincas alternate with old farms.

The finca plot consists of three terraces with a stunning view over the sea. The main house offers a large living room with home cinema, bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom and two separate study rooms that can also be converted into bedrooms or children’s rooms.

The guest house is already fully equipped and ready to be rented out. It has a living room with kitchen and fireplace, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower.

A large garage plus three outside parking spaces are available on the upper part of the property. Access is via a fully automatic gate with remote control. There is another parking space in the lower part of the property.

The main house was completely renovated and rebuilt in 1998, the other buildings, such as the guest house and the garage, were built from 2000 onwards. The historic architectural style was preserved and only high-quality natural materials were used. The historic centre of Arona, with shopping facilities, restaurants, doctors and a petrol station is only two kilometres away. The beaches of Los Cristianos, Las Americas or Playa Fanabe can be reached within 30 minutes by car. And El Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, is only half an hour away.
